Yoga is my self-care project and the foundation of all my classes. My focus is on feeling good, staying well, enjoying movement as well as being comfortably still.
In my Hatha classes we move consciously into our poses building strength, flexibility and stamina. Longer held yin postures work into the deeper connective tissues, encouraging us to pause and explore body and mind whilst increasing our range of movement. My classes for teen yogis are built on having fun when strengthening and stretching our bodies, exam support and how to sleep well.
I will guide you in synchronising breath with movement - increasing focus, energy and balance.
Every practice includes a guided meditation and relaxation. When planning my yoga practice I draw on my qualifications as a Hatha, Yin and Teen yoga teacher, a Level 3 Sports Coach, mum, wife, story teller and a Masters degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology.
Online yoga courses covering the DofE physical section for all levels.
Fully interactive yoga teaching in a secure Zoom meeting. Traditional yoga class themes, breathing and relaxation techniques for daily life and playing with iconic yoga poses.
Debunk flexibility, tackle exam anxiety, sleep problems and feel good.
